Vintage Avion Trailer

I renovated this about six years ago with my step-dad. A lot of love has been put into it and the only reason I'm selling it is to buy a house. It's been a great little home to me for the last five years!

-New furnace, stove, hot water heater, AC unit, hood fan, sinks, hardware and flooring put in during renovation
-Cubic mini wood burning stove. I use the furnace in the morning and the stove in the evenings. It gets nice and toasty.
-New heavy duty dehumidifier
-Lots of storage
-Composting toilet (it's easy peasy and doesn't ever smell!)
-Grey water goes into a simple French drain. The water tanks have not been removed but I'm not using them.
-Couch cushions, table and chairs and mattress can stay if you'd like them
-This trailer is not set up to be on the move like a travel trailer. It now has open shelving, a regular table, etc.
-There are a few little cosmetic things that could be done but this is a great little home ready to go!
- I am currently living in this and will need to give the landlord a 30 day notice.

The tiny is located just off Belmont near restaurants in a private side yard. You can keep it here (pending approval from the landlord) or move it. Space rental is about $600 with utilities.

Moving it to this location required a special tow truck because it is up on a slight hill. A regular truck will cause it to bottom out. They also required a pilot car because it is on a busy corner. When we moved it across town, it cost $600 but the price would be much lower if it was just towed from the yard to the side street and you took it from there.
