Tiny house on wheels

This converted Haulmark 16’ heavy-duty trailer has all the comforts of home and can be entirely off-grid: 15 kWh of LiFePO4 battery powered by 1500 watts of solar panels, dual 3000 watt inverters for AC power, dimming lighting, satellite TV with a mobile dish, hot shower and waste disposing marine electric toilet, 100 gallons of water storage, two standard twin beds, that convert to a sofa and a table big enough for six people. It has a strorage area in the back for tools, a compressor, and a backup generator. It’s big enough to store a couple bikes. The galley area has a portable induction cooktop, microwave, and refrig/freezer. There’s enough kitchen storage for all the small kitchen necessities and food storage. There are two clothes storage closets and multiple drawers for clothing storage. There’s a brand-new propane powered Suburban hot water heater, just installed.

The woodwork is lightweight, honeycomb-cored marine Baltic birch paneling. The floor is Sustainable Floors crushed Mulberry, solid wood nearly indestructible. The TV is a Samsung smart 26” on a moveable wall mount that stows in one of the overhead bins. The sale includes a DirectTV self-seeking satellite dish antenna, which is not currently used. A portable StarLink high-speed satellite Internet dish, with carrying case is also included.
