Floor:
Pressure treated 4x4 24" on center, with 3/4" plywood, R19 insulation, fastened together with 3" exterior torque screws and Liquid Nail HD. 4x4's are attached to the trailer with 10 - 5/8" carriage bolts with washers and screws. The 4x4's have 2-10" lag bolt and washer for each floor joist on either end bolted through 4x4. (See pictures) the end 4x4's have angle brackets and the center 4x4's have 4x4 joist hangers with tico nails.

Walls:
Prime 2x4 studs 16" on center, glued with Liquid Nail at each end, fastened together with 3" exterior torque screws and Liquid nail heavy duty, 7/16" exterior sheeting glued and screwed with Liquid Nail HD. Royal Crest 9" double Dutch siding.

Roof:
Prime 2x6 trusses 24" on center, glued to the top plate and fastened with 3" exterior torque screws and truss hangers with tico nails, sheeted with 7/16" plywood glued and screwed with Liquid Nail HD. 50 year 20 gauge metal roof with facia and gable trim to match.

Windows:
PlyGem Windows Low-E Argon gas energy efficient with a 0.27 U-factor. Windows are screwed in and caulked under the nail flange and Tyvek taped around the nail flange

Door:
Novatec 6ft. sliding glass door Low-E Argon gas energy efficient with 0.27 U-factor. Door is screwed in with caulk under the nail flange and Tyvek taped around the nail
flange.

Exterior is completely wrapped with Rhino Roof underlayment, makes it water proof but allows it to breathe, and all seems at taped with Tyvek tape.

Trailer is a 20'x8.5' flatbed steel trailer with diamond plate sheet steel that covers the whole deck. 10000lbs weight limit with tandem 15" 10 ply heavy duty truck tires,

Total measurement is 20'x8.5'x13' with trailer break and lights, length does not include the tounge, new BullDog 10000lb jack, and 4 leveling 5000lb scissor jacks on all 4 corners for easy leveling. I used the trailer to haul my bobcat so it was used which price reflects. everything is glued and screwed the only thing nailed is the joist and truss hangers, and the siding. siding is all ran for the wind to blow over and not under while pulling down the highway. on the inside of the house you will see the time and craftmanship that went in to the work, you cant see any screws or nails, everything was screwed or nailed in to the studs and trusses. its ready for you to build out to your liking.
