Size: Approx. 7×16 ft interior plus a 7×7 ft fold-down rear deck
Two stories: Spacious sleeping loft with room for a king or queen with room for storage.
Downstairs: Room for a kitchen, bathroom, and living area
Interior is unfinished — no plumbing or electric or insulation installed yet.
Includes a small portable generator (not mounted)
Quality windows throughout with plenty of natural light on both levels

STRUCTURE & TRAILER:
Heavy-duty custom trailer base
Dual 5,000 lb axles (originally designed to haul water)
Current dry weight is under 5,000 lbs, giving you lots of wiggle room for custom finishes and gear
Towable with a 3/4-ton truck or larger RV/motorhome

WHY I’M SELLING:
I built this home with the idea of living in it, but we ended up settling near family and found a place with a little more room. It’s never been lived in, aside from helping move our belongings across the country—so it’s just waiting for someone to make it their own.
