This 2004 Fleetwood Pioneer 19T4 travel trailer was completely remodeled to optimize the living space, freshen up the design, and make it a comfortable, functional and inviting living space.

The remodel and renovation included:
• Deep clean of all surfaces, primed and painted with fresh white paint.
It is now easy to paint any area a different color if desired, or touch up any damage.

• Removed fixed double bed platform and built a sliding futon system with drawers underneath.
o This opens the living space during the day creating a living room area with an L shaped sofa
o Boho style dresser under the L couch / Futo with 7 drawers
o 6 additional storage drawers accessible when Futon is in Bed Mode
o A storage cube serves as a coffee table, also providing additional support to the bed platform when opened.

• Replaced traditional dinette with pantry, live edge walnut bar style table, and spare bed
o This increases the space in the kitchen area
o Bar table can seat 3 people as is. If more dining space is required, the table feet attachments could be moved forward to open seating on the bench under the window.
o Long storage cabinet under the window, accessible from inside and outside
o Cabinet under pantry accessible from outside and with drawer from the inside.
o Space under pantry creates a shelf for additional storage, and extends the extra bed platform that unfolds when bar/table is lowered.
o The bar table can be lifted and lowered to create support for a bed platform that unfolds from the bench. This creates a Twin (76” x 36”) additional bed.

• New Luxury Vinyl Planks flooring
o Flooring is snap in boards, floating over the old linoleum so easily replaced with a different floor if desired

• New butcher block kitchen counter, extended to the right, and with a folding L piece for increased prep space

• New walnut Shelf above L sofa

• New cordless cellular shades with both Day and Night mode, so you can do light filtering during the day or blackout at night.

• Faux wood blind for the kitchen window so it can be cleaned easily.

• New LED lights with color and intensity control

• New TV mount. Multi directional and height adjustable. Enables ideal viewing angles from anywhere in the trailer.

• New Wi-Fi programmable thermostat, so you can create schedules, and keep an eye or change the Trailer temperature remotely.
It also has automatic switching between heat and cool.

• Complete Reseal of the four windows
Being sensitive to Mold, we did a full humidity testing to make sure there was none, then we preemptively redid all the window seal.
a. Deposed the windows
b. Cleaned frames and opening.
c. New seal with double layer of butyl tape.
d. Additional bead of specialized caulk to protect the butyl tape edge and create an additional seal.
Windows should be leak proof for a very long time.

o New floor to ceiling Pantry with shelves in the kitchen

• Maintenance done:
o New Furnace electronics
o New fridge electronics including an adjustable thermostat.
o The roof had been redone shortly before I purchased it. I have never had any leak issues.
