Rust treated.

Brand new everything.

It has a 30AMP, 120Volt electric system installed.
It can be taken for camping trips and connect to 30amp RV hookups, or “regular” outlets (with caution).

All of the wood used in the conversion is properly treated.

It comes with a custom-built twin-to-full conversion loft bed. Four small windows, sink, custom door with electric/code locking system and peephole, mini-fridge, skylight, ceiling ven, (fan needs new motor), and more!

Insulation was the main goal. This place can be heated or cooled with a small heater or cooling fan/AC and maintains temperature for hours.

Perfect for some of MN’s extreme weather conditions.

Some superficial blemishes have been covered by waterproof paint.

Has all of the parts needed to be a fully functioning, semi-permanent, or temporary living space or camper.

It comes with materials needed to complete a foot pump sink system. As well as let over wood from the build (enough to build a small bathroom area). Two 6 gallon freshwater tanks, and one 5gal grey water tank.
