35 x 12 units come with new windows and doors, new sheathing and weather tight house wrap (ready for you to pick out the siding)  electrical and plumbing already installed (Just need to pick out the walls, flooring and cabinets)  These are perfect for the handy person or couple and a great cost effective home to place virtually anywhere a traditional tiny home can be placed.  $10,000 for weather tight shell with new windows, doors and roof...$25k finished.

 

8 x 20 Tiny Home on refurbished trailer with new tires.  Steel Studs throughout the build,  rough electric by licensed electrician, set up for 220 connection and generator hookup as well.  Metal roof, nice windows.  Ready for insulation and interior walls.  $9,000 for weather tight shell with new windows, doors and roof...$21500 finished.

 

We can finish any unit or you can take it as is as a weather tight shell.
