Brand New Lovely 8x16 Mid Century Modern style tiny house on wheels. The exterior is finished and painted and ready for small porch/deck out the back if desired. The trailer was bought used but in great condition. Trailer is 2018 Big Tex tandem axle with GVWR of 6,000 lbs. Clean title.
The inside has a 6'x8' loft , small bathroom with shower stall and space for toilet.
Most of the rough in wiring is done for the lighting and outlets. . None of the plumbing is done.
This was a project that was started approx 2 months ago and realized we just do not have the time anymore to finish it. It has great potential on the inside to still design how you would like it to be! The plan was to make it on/off grid and add a small fold down deck out the back .
