8.5x16 Tiny House Shell

I built this to be used as a camping cabin or tiny house shell. The footprint is 8.5 ft by 16 ft. The porch is 3 ft deep and the interior is 8.5 x 13 minus the width of the walls.

I spared no expense while building this. The joists are 2x6 pressure treated, 12 inches on center, they are encased from the bottom with 3/4 inch pressure treated plywood. The entire building is build with 3 inch exterior screws including framing and sheathing. It has 35 yr architectural shingles on the roof and factory stained cedar shake siding. All painted fascia trim is cedar for extra resiliency. The windows are wooden out swing and every joist, stud, rafter and trim board were cherry picked for perfection.
