24 Foot Cedar Siding Tiny House Shell

The large family room has vaulted ceilings and dormers on each side. When you enter at the back of the trailer you see the large loft over the bathroom with windows on each side. There is a second smaller loft over the entry for storage. It is weathered in with a shingle roof and cedar siding. The plumbing in the bathroom is roughed in for a 36" x 36" shower, a sink and a toilet. There are two frost proof hose bibs on the exterior. The bathroom is prewired for an exhaust fan and light. There is a window above the roughed in plumbing for the kitchen sink. It is prewired for a mini split for heat and air, a tankless hot water heater, a washer dryer combo (that fits under the stairs), a stove, refrigerator, ceiling fan, and interior and exterior lighting. You will get a complete set of plans so you can customize the interior colors and finishes as you make this your home. This is new construction, started in 2023. The new Tiny Home Builders 24' x 96" trailer has tandem 7,000 lb axles equipped with electric brakes, radial tires, complete running and brake lights, 2 5/16" couplers, a heavy duty jack, a breakaway kit, safety chains, a 7-way connector, a hitch lock, and conforms to all US and Canadian safety standards.

I served in Afghanistan. My son is an Iraq and Afghanistan veteran. Our goal for this tiny house is to provide a retreat for Veterans and Gold Star families. After we started, our county in TN prohibited tiny houses on trailers unless they were manufactured and inspected as RV's or mobile homes. We decided to sell so we can build a tiny house on a foundation. We remain committed to providing a retreat for Veterans and Gold Star Families.
