Wooded landing for your TH!

Hello all, please read the entire post before replying. This space is for BIPOC LGBTQ FOLKS AND ALLIES ONLY.
I have a small wooded piece of land in the western catskills, 2.5 hours from Manhattan, that I am offering space for a tiny house or RV/Trailer up to 30ft. I am creating a community learning outdoor education space and am looking for others who have similar and complimenting goals and offerings. Or if you want a vacation spot to visit when you wanted to, rent reduction considered for this option.
Reduced rent is also an option for volunteer hours, up to 300/mo. Skills desired are and not limited to: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, gardening, program management/development, grant writing, organizational management, financial planning, regenerative reciprocity, farming, animal husbandry, DEI, or any other skills that fall under any of those categories.

There is a lot of work up here if you are handy, reliable, responsible and mature. Many folks need help on their land and farms so there will be no shortage of ways to make money if you don’t already have one. WiFi is on the property and will be shared. We can expand it if the need is there.
The space can be provided with electricity and water. No sewage, as you will need to have a composting toilet or other means to deal with human waste. I plan to build an outhouse at some point, as well as raised beds and a small greenhouse. There is an outdoor shower and soaking claw foot tub!
Eventually I will have a few sheep and bunnies and want to get an outdoor dog and cat to manage the properties potential pests and predators. Currently I have chickens. You can have your own dog that is well behaved and gets along well with other dogs, children and livestock.
The address is 8 minutes from Walton, 15 from Hamden and 25 from Delhi. The neighbors are chill and it’s a bit removed from the road.
I am a mixed race, black and German, 60yo former elementary educator/Dean/Director turned Outdoor Educator/Land protector/Earth Warrior! I am passionate about protecting our home, living sustainably and minimally. And I’m still learning how to do all of those better! I am looking for folks to share resources, space and community with, who are kind to a fault, hard working, emotionally mature, compassionate and flexible. I give a lot and ask for nothing but consideration and respect in return.
