Washington Tiny House

My wife and I are selling our tiny house after living in it for two years. We're moving to a city on the other side of the country and can't find a place for it there. It has served us well with a tankless hot water heater, flushing rv toilet, shower, kitchen with a propane three-burner stove and oven, and a built-in couch with storage underneath. Heating is provided by a standard electric space heater (a hair dryer will keep this house warm in sub-freezing temperatures), and there is also a compact dehumidifier. There is a second storage loft over the front door. It weighs 9,200lbs and we have towed it several thousands of miles over the years with no issues. Manufactured by Tennessee Tiny Homes (Tiny Happy Homes) in 2015 and is RVIA certified.
