Warm, Cozy Tiny House in Bellingham

Hello!

I have recently moved in with my partner after living in this truly amazing tiny house since 2020. It is 24' x 8' on a trailer, completely ready to live in, and has lots of charming features. It was built professionally by Mitchcraft Tiny Homes in Fort Collins, CO in 2017 and owned by one woman prior to me. We have both loved this tiny house and added lots of work to it.

The house has two lofts- one for sleeping and one for storage (though you may be able to squeeze a twin bed in there with a railing)- plenty of creative storage, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and Nature's Head composting toilet, custom seating cushions (long enough to comfortable sleep on!) and built-in shelving. There is a full kitchen with a new refrigerator, gas stove, all-in-one washer/dryer, and on-demand water heater. Water and stove run on propane, and there are 2 electric heaters and ceiling fan (which easily run on 30 amps). I have a 100ft long heated drinking water hose (can hook up to garden spigot) and a 100ft long electric cable and adaptor (from 50 amps). Also 2 propane tanks. This house is well tested in the winters.

**Does not come with property or place to park**

I will connect you with the tow company I used to move this from Stanwood. It can be easily moved with a pickup truck. I will also include some smaller custom details such as the awning, stairs, and cat climbing ramp. I really want to find the next home for this special house. It's a dream for a single person (or couple!) with an animal or two. It has so much natural light and feels like a safe and peaceful place to live.
