Bathroom is 3'x4' shower stall with porcelain bowl rv type toilet inside, wet bath is accessed thru pocket door, shower curtain protects the door. Lower level includes the wet bath and kitchen area with just enough space left for chair or desk and chair. Kitchen has little bit of counter space, overhead oak cabinet, single basin sink and will also include but not seen in pics an under counter fridge, single burner cook top, microwave and toaster/convection oven. Loft is accessed by ladder and includes some storage including hanging clothes storage, also in the loft behind storage cabinet on one side is a 20 gallon electric water heater.
House will also come with a new electric fireplace.
