Tiny Cabin!
This rustic cabin is a whopping 14x36 feet with a gorgeous 4 foot wide porch that folds up so that it can be easily transported! As of now, the cabin is designed to have two rooms; one room on the main floor, plus a bedroom in the loft. And also one bathroom underneath the loft. The floors are finished in laminate and the walls are partially finished, but we do have the wood necessary to finish them yourself! The electrical wiring is finished, along with a 200 amp electrical box. The walls also are about 80% insulated. The buyer is responsible for moving the cabin!
