Welcome to The Phoenix, a unique custom built tiny house - 29’ x 8’6” (246 sf) packed with features and amenities!
Built for both an urban setting or an off grid living situation, The Phoenix is suited for either/or.
Whether you’re wanting to connect to existing utility hookups or looking for something off grid compatible, The Phoenix can do either one.
The HappiJac bed lift system allows for multipurpose use of the main living area - keep the bed raised during the day with about 6’6” clearance below and drop it at night for sleeping with enough clearance below for furniture. The bed is a queen size bed.
The kitchen and bathroom are well appointed with features such as 30” shower stall, 30” vanity, ceramic toilet, small washer, ample storage, radiant heat mat for a cozy floor!
The front room can be used as an office, has storage for clothing, etc. and the table can drop for space or become part of a 30” wide sleeping area for a child.
The Phoenix can be connected to city water and sewer via hoses but also has the original fresh, grey, and black water tanks with new monitoring system. This tiny house can function with city water pressure or by using the built in 12V water pump that draws from the two fresh water tanks. It also includes a 30 gallon fuel tank with transfer pump.
The Phoenix is built on a former toy hauler frame but pretty much everything from the floor to the roof has been replaced with new walls, new roof, new windows and doors, new wiring, etc.
The flooring throughout is durable vinyl plank. Butcher block countertops and table tops are Hevea hardwood. Kitchen cabinets are Lowe’s stock cabinets with several pullouts for convenience.
All lighting is 12V for energy efficiency. There are two 12V lead acid marine batteries (new). A solar charge controller is ready to accept solar panels.
The following require 110V power (shore power): Micro/convection oven, mini split, bathroom radiant heat mat plus, washer, plus several additional standard home outlets.
The following run on propane: on demand water heater, cooktop, plus quick connect for either bbq or generator.
Additional amenities include light filtering blinds, a pet feeding station, multiple12V charge ports, aromatic cedar lined cabinets, dimmer switches, exterior lighting, an exterior shower station, insulated, tempered windows, a laundry hamper, fire extinguisher, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
