Cabin for Sale. The Cabin is a furnished 1bd/1bth with loft.  A queen size bed in the master bedroom, a double wood frame futon, recliner, side table and dining table are in the living room. Also, in the loft there are 2 twin beds and 2 dressers, sheets and blankets.

The cabin has a master bedroom, bath, kitchen, living room and an upstairs loft, which is currently used as a second bedroom. It also has a large mostly covered deck complete with BBQ and outdoor sink.

Bathroom sink, kitchen sink, commode and bathtub are porcelain. The kitchen is equipped with a gas range and regular sized refrigerator. There is a lighted china cabinet and a pantry for storing canned goods and non-perishable items. There are overhead fans with lights in the bedroom and in the living room. Lots of storage – closet under the stairs, huge mirrored closet in bedroom and under the deck and cabin.

The cabin can be moved to a location of your choosing or stay at Sugar Pine RV Park off highway 108, near the quaint little town of Twain Harte. The cabin is backed up to a thick forested area with a small creek running through it. The space the cabin sits on is leased, rate runs about $360/month and includes water, garbage, basic cable and sewer. There is onsite laundry facilities, a swimming pool, and is well maintained.

The yard is all natural with a large outdoor space for sitting by the campfire to the side of the cabin off the deck, and another space below the cabin with a fire pit and space to set up a tent. There is enough room on the site to park 3 cars.

The grounds are maintained by property owner including keeping the roads clear and snow plowing to the street.

The cabin is move in ready for you to enjoy all the amenities the area has to offer; hiking, biking, fishing, skiing at Dodge Ridge and of course Black Oak Casino.
