Tulsa Tiny house

If you've ever wanted a Tiny House, but don't have the time to build one, here's a great deal!! We recently had a baby and can't keep our tiny house, so we're selling it AT COST. We're selling it AS IS. It still needs about $2,000-$5,000 to finish (depending on material used). The outside is pine carsiding and has been sealed twice with a UV sealer and we will give you the remaining bucket to reseal if you'd like. It has 12 windows, so plenty of natural light!!! It's very well insulated with thermo windows.

It needs a kitchen countertop, kitchen sink, shower tiled, a/c and heater (we were going to buy a heat pump) and a few minor cosmetic items. It has a double staircase with solid 1" thick oak steps. We have a dark stain that you can have to finish them. They also have built in storage. One side has built in shelves and a drawer and the other side has an open area that could be used as an office or closed in for a closet. The stairs lead to two 10x8' lofts. The lofts have multiple custom built-in cubbies for clothes and a space where you can add a rod for hanging. Each loft would fit up to a king size bed. Each loft has a couple outlets and one of them has USB ports for your electronic devices to charge.

The bottom level has a ceiling fan with remote, full kitchen with full sized stainless steel appliances. The range is a gas 5 burner!! The cabinets are a dark espresso finish. The bathroom has a 34x36" shower stall with a built in cubby for soaps and is plumbed for a rain head and regular shower head. It has an on demand eccotemp water heater and small Ikea sink with a full sized regular flush toilet. It's also set up for a washer/dryer combo if desired. The complete dimensions are 8.5' wide by 24' long and close to 14' tall, so you would need to have a towing company tow to your destination.
