It is fully renovated and move in ready; complete with new stove/oven and 20ga hot water heater.

The Chrome Cottage measures 7ft x 34ft inside and attached porch measures 8ft x 24ft. On attached porch, there is a dining end and a sitting room end to include fireplace.

Outside, the dining table and fireplace are included. Inside, all furniture included except for queen size mattress.

Kitchen boasts a new stove/oven, 8" deep stainless steel bar sink and residential faucet. There is also a full size residential stainless steel  apartment size refrigerator; new and installed 18months ago.

Dining room is across from kitchen and includes a drop leaf table and two stools that slide under table for easy storage.

Sitting room boasts a very comfortable IKEA loveseat and buffet to accommodate a 32" flat panel TV.

Bathroom was renovated to include a taller profile porcelain toilet and residential faucet in original sink.

We used the original air conditioner through the season this year but it stopped working in October and will need to be replaced before summer (an RV AC runs about $600).

We only use propane for stove/oven and electric space heaters for heat.

The park is located off of two freeways (75 and 44) and just five minutes from downtown Tulsa. Included amenities in the park are a laundry facility with six washers and six dryers, a clubhouse available to residents, and a swimming pool. There are spacious lots in a mature neighborhood with 40year old trees and quiet streets. Included in lot is an ample four car driveway.
