Built by my wife and I - we lived in it for 3 wonderful years, and our adult daughter spent 6 months in it after that. By modern living standards, it is rustic - no electrical wiring, no plumbing, and no insulation - as such, most would consider it to be a shell (incomplete).

We are only selling this peaceful space because we do not own land and have not had an easy time finding a place for it to be permanently.
