I comfortably lived in this for three years and I absolutely loved it! It never felt cramped and the space was perfectly used to never feel like I was 'tiny living'. My reason for loving this model was the spacious kitchen layout and room enough for a larger bed in the loft area. I added an ac window unit downstairs below the loft, which I felt kicked the cold air up better than the split on the other side of the trailer. I was very comfortable in the Florida summer heat which I was concerned with originally. I also used an IKEA folding table to eat with a guest or do a project. I will gladly offer this at no charge in the sale. It's important to me that the purchaser enjoy the tiny life and not find it to be restricting. It's an amazing low cost, low consumption way of life! The only reason I am selling is because I recently married and my partner has a very bad knee which is difficult with a loft ladder. I will detail the tiny house and power wash the outside and get it ready to roll upon sale.

I will sell completely furnished (the later pics are the most updated "live-in" photos with the additional items not listed (cookware, complete dining set, washer/ dryer combo, 2 wall-mounted smart flatscreen tv's with Roku, larger refrigerator, double-recliner sofa or original white sofa (buyers choice), corner antique shelf unit, bathroom accessories and all window treatments), RV hose with filters, electrical hookup and trailer skirting.
