Tiny house on new trailer

I built this THOW with the intent of living in it. Plans changed. It is built on a application design trailer. 98" wide 20' long. 13'5" tall. Exterior description: Sherwin Williams paint. Metal roof. Utility cabinet upfront on the tongue which houses the propane tank and tankless water heater, water pump and battery charging rig if going off grid.

Inside is finished in a mixture of pine boards. Bathroom is finished in rosewood and shower in corrugated metal in a 32" stall. Storage under the couch which is along enough to serve as a bed. Has 65 gal fresh water tank underneath the kitchen counter made from pine boards and treated with pure dark Tung oil. Floors are waterproof laminate. Storage loft in the rear. King size loft upfront ( which you can comfortably sit up in bed). Wired for 50 amp service.

Prewired for mini split heat pump. You outfit it with the toilet. This tiny house is framed well and very solid. No corners were cut there! R13 insulation in the walls. R19 in the ceiling and r30 in the floor.
