Tiny House on Lake Norman

Tiny House , Tiny Home , Park Model RV located in Lake Norman RV Resort , also found on the web as Tiny Homes of Lake Norman. This RV park is converting to all Tiny Homes. There are options to locate a lender on their website or just buy with cash. You do not own the lot, ( lot rent is currently $ 700 + utilities a month but goes up 3.5% a year ) just the tiny house. My unit is located on the upper level so I was able to have a shed ( that won 1st place in contest by Sheds By Design) and the lower lot rent. Water and sewer is included in lot rent but you have to cover your electricity and propane for heat/dryer. The community is gated ( I have 2 clickers ) and there is overflow parking. There are docks and boat slips you can rent for $2500 a year, you can use on sites paddle boats, Kayaks, paddle boards, and there is also a pool that was just added along with a work out room with lake view.
My Tiny did not have a location inside for a washer/dryer unless I removed the nice large pantry so I opted to put it in the shed. To make it easier to get the dirty clothes to the shed I installed a Landry Jet that has a port in the bathroom that sucks the clothes to a chamber then drops them into a laundry basket in the shed. There are also 2 big wardrobes in the shed, There has been a lot of upgrades done, listed below. If you are an investor the Park does allow airbnb ( current prices start at $199 per night up to $3085 per month + UTL ) but you will need to see the park owner for rules/fees. There is around 35 feet of driveway in front of shed deck, I have had a work van and dodge caravan fit in the driveway at once. There is a loft above the bedroom that my wife uses as a office and the chairs fold flat and can be used as beds. The height of the loft is only about 44 inches at the peak. There is free daily trash pick up from 8AM to 4PM. Most of what you see inside the house comes with full price offer. If the ad is up it is still available.
