tiny house on a trailer

i built this in 2013 very nice queen or king bed upstairs a twin bed downstairs full size shower and toilet custom kitchen cabinets. small icebox i didn't put a stove i cooked on the grill very well insulated the house runs off 110 volts all new .it has 40 holding tank.14 gallon waste water tank and a 14 gallon gray water tank. a 19 gallon hot water heater metal roof its a must see would be great for a lake lot or even in the back yard as a guest house i just don't use it anymore so might as well sell it let someone get use out of it i have atleast 20.000 in it im asking 12.500 cash well worth it call or text 214 734 5658
