The Community Farm has become a cooperatively owned farm with the last 2 lots for sale that can potentially be used for Tiny Houses. There are only 4 Lots in total. Each private lot is approximately 1/5 of an acre and the community shares the remaining 3 acres of gardens, farm fields, picnic pavilion, greenhouse, wash station, cold storage, community buildings, chicken coop and workshop.

The catch? This is a community farm cooperative meaning that everyone who resides must be part of farming in some real capacity and there are so many great ways to meet the requirement. You can join in helping the community nursery or participate in the farming your own small farm products, herbs, flowers, microgreens, mushrooms, produce, etc.

Each lot has electrical hookups ready and Fiber Optic Internet Service available. Well is included in purchase price. Septic is through a community septic system with an additional monthly fee.

Funds earned by a resident's private farm are their own personal income and profits; Funds from participating in the community nursery are jointly shared by the participants and a portion of profits are used to help build and improve amenities for everyone.

The farm and gardens use organic practices. Financing is available, The Monthly Mortgage may average $945-$1100 a month depending on the amount of your down payment. Other monthly costs include property taxes, insurance and road maintenance and community electric which averages about $100 or so a month
