Tiny House for Rent

For rent is a very small house in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is an older home but we put in brand new cabinets, counter top, sink, hot water tank, plumbing, cooking range, refrigerator, carpet and flooring in every room last year. It has a washer and dryer in the kitchen area. It makes the area tighter with the w/d and we can remove them if you wish. So far nobody has asked us to do that! It has a shower (no tub). The rooms are very small. The living room will hold a couch, chair, TV and that's about it. The bedroom will hold a dresser and a bed no bigger than a full size. It has off street parking and a carport. It has a small unfenced yard. It has an automatic watering system and the lawn will be mowed for you! House is available now. There is a 1 year lease. 400.00 deposit and a 100.00 non-refundable pet fee if you have a cat. NO DOGS! Water and garbage is 50.00 monthly.
