The building took several years so actual house is newer
we never got a chance to move this to any vacant land.
It has never been ‘lived’ in,
we tried it out for a week and family came for one week.,
no one wanted to stay because of the composting toilet-
so that was just changed out to a brand new flush toilet, can be used for an Airbnb- for you.

also has the deep cell battery, for DC lights, water pump from a freshwater, holding tank ,if off grid

Hook up for a hose, or use the water in the large holding tank

propane tanks for the 4-burner cooktop, hot water on demand
and the refrigerator is a propane or electric.

An 8x10 loft holds the DOUBLE BED with
dresser shelves, plenty of room with pitched roof and skylight,

the other loft is a 5 x 8 which has a twin BED and shelves
Both have fixed stairs

The couch is ALSO a long twin BED with storage underneath
Wall mounted TV is New
the dining table is ALSO fixed,

All stainless steel appliances
The propane/electric refrigerator is 10 cu.ft
