Unique custom built by a retired finish carpenter with a CCB license. It's 120 square feet, wood framed. Siding is kiln dried finger joined ¾ thick cedar. Well insulated 5.5 Comfort batt. Shed metal roof. All electric. 40 amp electrical panel solar ready with a 220 for a dryer.

22’ by 8’ on Eagle Iron Tiny Home Trailer (14,000 lbs GVWR with 2 axels, actual weight 10,840) Queen bed platform with 3 drawers for storage underneath. Kitchen area with walnut cabinets, sink and heavy-duty hot plate, refrigerator/freezer, 2 vertical pull out pantries, drawers including garbage cabinet. Natures Head composting toilet, shower, 5 gallon hot water heater, AC unit fits in bathroom window and can be taken out in the winter. Sliding glass doors and big Milgard windows with nice dark red rust-colored curtains. Marmoleum floors and counters. Closet with washer/dryer hookups and small storage loft. Built in desk.
