This tiny house was planned to be transported to a location to become a permanent house with an outside deck and a staircase off the side leading to a flat roof patio.

Electrical, propane and plumbing all done.

PITCHED ROOF
It has no pitched roof on now so it can safely be transported to it’s final destination. Comes with roof trusses and beam, all precut. Pitched Roof adds 4 ft inside and 5 ft outside. You CANNOT transport it with roof on. Meant to be stationary. Or disassemble to move.

Best way to move is probably a flat deck so you can take everything in one go.
