The Solaire is a 170 sq ft tiny home with clean lines and quality materials. I purchased the Solaire new in April, 2017 for $62,000 from Sprout Tiny Homes.

I've paid to have custom leather skirting added for heating/cooling efficiency and a cleaner, finished look.

I also had a large picture window installed to allow in lots of natural light and to make the space feel larger. It includes a split unit for heating and cooling with remote, a flush toilet, a stand up shower, a full size refrigerator, dual induction stove and microwave.

The Solaire is currently located at a newly developing tiny house community called the Hideaway South Kansas City. You could buy it and apply to be a resident to live in it there or buy it and move it to your own property.

In early July, it will be placed in nightly rental service if you would like to try it out before considering a purchase.
