It was dreamed up by someone who truly understands space, a passionate interior designer and tiny-home enthusiast who believed that small living shouldn’t feel small at all. Every feature, every built-in, every tucked-away storage solution was thoughtfully imagined, then professionally crafted in 2020 into the home you see today.

The goal was simple: create a place that feels grounded, calm, and beautifully functional. A home where nothing sacrificed, space isn't wasted and everything has a purpose. From the moment you step inside, you'll feel it.

Warm walnut tones wrap the interior, open shelving keeps things light and intentional, and solid wood framing gives the home a quiet sense of strength. Natural light moves easily through the layout, and clever storage is everywhere — not hidden as an afterthought, but designed right into the bones of the home.

The kitchen was designed for functionality first, and finished with stunning aesthetic touches that separate the space, but also tie seamlessly with the mood of the Tiny Home. Walnut butcher-block countertops, a classic farmhouse sink, an apartment-size fridge, a drawer-style dishwasher, a stow-away cooktop, and a built-in microwave — everything you need, exactly where it should be.

Up in the loft, the space opens up beautifully. There’s a generous stand-up area, a queen-size bed platform, a full built-in wardrobe, matching nightstands, and even a wall-mounted TV — a bedroom that feels intentional, not improvised.

The bathroom continues that same thoughtful feel, with elegant tile flooring, a 3′ x 4′ tiled shower with glass doors, and a residential-style flush toilet — no compromises here.

Comfort was never overlooked. A Mitsubishi mini-split keeps the home comfortable year-round, and the entire house is all-electric, with easy-connect hookups ready to go.
