Tiny home for sale

Im looking to sell my new tiny home on wheels. It’s 8.5 x 20 feet so about 160 square feet plus the loft space for a total of about 240. it’s about 6000lb and can be towed by an F-150. Does NOT include the land it’s on, currently in my backyard and available to be delivered.

I bought it half-completed and finished the build as a passion project and now need to sell to pay for wedding. Everything is brand new or lightly used: AC which works incredibly well, new windows, bathroom, shower and external water heater. new kitchen with butchers block counter top, white cabinets and mini fridge. There is no stove but does include a hot plate. It plugs into a 30Amp RV plug and draws very little power. Water can be supplied with a garden hose. Plumbing can be hooked up to the washout or septic tank, whichever works for the location you decide to put it in.

There is a also a reading nook and loft with space for a queen mattress as well as a living room space big enough for a couch and TV, a second sleeping space or a small office space which has lots of natural light and new cedar wood ceiling.

I’m also including furniture currently in it: full-sized bed, small table etc. as well as 4 jacks to stabilize one concrete pad, an external water heater, 100ft water hose and a 50 foot power cable to connect.
