The home has only gray water. Home has an onboard water tank for OFF GRID. The average electric bill is $45 a month for lights, heating and cooling. The on-demand water heater and chef's stove are propane. The electricity is 50 AMPS. It is wired for cable and internet. Can sleep 6 with two bedrooms and downstairs couch.
