THOW installed in North Portland, $500 rented spot

**This tiny house is already installed in the back yard of a single family house in Arbor Lodge, roughly between the University of Portland and the Adidas campus. My daughter lived in it for several years but has now moved on. The owner of the single family home is willing to continue renting the space if the buyer is interested.

Construction of this tiny house on wheels (THOW) was completed in 2020. It was built by the building trades program at Casper College in Casper, Wyoming by students majoring in Construction Technology and Management. The design is based on plans purchased by Tiny House Enterprises.

It is built on a 28', triple axle (7,000 lb. each axle, 21,000 lb. total) bumper pull trailer. The weight is 12,000 lbs.

The space inside the THOW is over 207 sq. ft. of first floor space plus two lofts adding an additional 110 sq. ft.

• Interior walls sheathed with ½” maple plywood with a clear coat
• Ceiling sheathed with ½” maple plywood with blue stain and clear coat
• Cabinets are made of solid maple and maple veneers
• Beams for both lofts are made of laminated plywood with maple veneers
