358ft2 main floor Tiny house with a 60ft2 loft. 28 feet long. Professionally built in 2021 and includes many luxurious elements.
This tiny is large and comfortable with 3 distinct living spaces made possible by the 2 slide-outs that make the overall width to 15 ½ feet wide when expanded. The 10-foot-tall ceiling makes the space feel larger.

The main floor bedroom is separated from the living area by a ship-lapped center wall that runs the length of the living space, this provides you with a comfortable living area in both spaces. The center wall has an electric fireplace and a large Smart TV, both the TV and Fireplace are inset in rotating panels and can be viewed from either in the Living area or from the comfort of your queen-sized bed.
There is also a full-sized bathroom with a granite counter and a beautiful vessel sink, a full-sized (32” x 48”) walk-in shower and a flush toilet and ample storage and a full-length mirror. The bathroom also has a Danby combo washer / dryer.
The large kitchen is equipped with a full-sized stainless steel, 30” wide GE refrigerator/freezer, a 24” wide 3-burner Furion range/oven, a GE microwave / exhaust hood, a large pantry and has ample drawers and cabinets for all your storage needs. The kitchen also has a large amount of counter space that includes a nook that makes a perfect office space surrounded with large windows that currently has a beautiful lake view.
There is a Rinnai tankless hot water system that provides ample hot water.
The interior of the home has pine ship-lap walls and cedar tongue & groove ceilings with waterproof Luxury Vynal flooring throughout. There are lots of double pane, insulated windows that give the tiny lots of light during all seasons.
There is a large loft area for storage or it could be used as a secondary sleeping area that will fit a queen-sized mattress. The loft has a ladder that can be stored out of the way when not in use.
A 12,000BTU Comfort-Aire mini-split keeps the tiny cool in the summer and warm in the winter and a heat recovering ventilation system to keep the air from becoming stale.
There is a “doghouse” over the tongue to house 2 LPG tanks and a 12-volt battery and if desired you can house batteries and an inverter for a future solar system since the tiny was built with a conduit to the roof for solar.
