The Mini Split air condition and heating unit is installed up above the windows! This way it’s always quiet while enjoying the window next to the couch! Keep in mind this air conditioner will heat up and cool down your entire house with no effort at all!
Hand crafted barn door and utility closet is on the tongue of the trailer. It houses your tank-less hot water heater and your plumbing hookups. The energy Recover Vent (ERV) ventilates into this closet, ensuring the plumbing will never have any freezing issues!
