The "Tiny" House

We call this tiny house the "Tiny"house, because it is 54' long, and is remarkably spacious and comfortable for its 400+ square feet.

It has a full queen sized walk-around bed with dual walk-in closets, a very usable kitchen, a comfortable bathroom with composting toilet and an actual bathtub, room for an office and living room couch, and ample storage space.

It was built with welded metal framing and polyurethane spray-in foam, which makes it a very warm and well sealed space, as well as very quiet and leak-free, not to mention strong and rot-free. All the windows are modern double-pane construction, with large sliding glass doors for a bright light airy feeling. The shed -style roof gives a tall and spacious interior feel, and provides slope for the solar panels.

The exterior is metal, which is very durable, and requires no maintenance, and is fire-resistant.

It is set up with off-grid solar system with a 3,600 watt inverter and 2,500 watts of solar panels with a possible 20kWh battery bank, using golf cart batteries. The batteries are currently dead, but can be replaced as is, or doubled, or use different batteries as you need.

It was built in 2015, and has just been remodeled and repainted inside.
It comes with a Rheem on-demand water heater, which is very efficient and takes up very little space. Also a Wedgewood stove, and a Dickinson stainless marine propane heater. The fridge is a Sun Frost RF19, which uses a quarter of the electricity of a standard fridge, which makes it very easy to use with off grid solar. Price can negotiable depending on what you would want to take or not, or any upgrades you might want.

Note that at 54' long, it will require a special permit to move, possibly will need to be professionally moved.
