It has steel stud framing, closed cell spray foam insulation and is approximately 18,000lbs towing. It has two queen sleeping lofts accessible by regular stairs (no aggravating ladders here), full walk in master closet with his and her sides hanging and drawer storage for clothes and built in bench with storage , a living room with built in entertainment and mini office cubby, couch that pulls out to a full bed, full kitchen ( gas cooktop, electric oven, pullout pantry, refrigerator with ice-maker, double sided sink, gas dryer/washer combo, microwave and plenty of cabinets with granite countertops), full bathroom with custom cherry wood tub/shower combo, regular standard household toilet, vanity and plenty of cabinet storage.

Central heating and air mini split system, gas on demand tankless water heater, double propane tanks in the front. Casement and awning windows. Comes with ALL appliances and couch. Runs on standard rv 50 amp service. Can be used at an rv park or set up on your property for full living. Its is not set up for off grid.
