The Mansion Elite is perfect for a part-time income rental or full-time living! This tiny home comes with plenty of storage space in the huge bathroom along with a tile shower surround, flushing toilet, vanity and did I mention storage space?

The kitchen is an 8ft L-shaped kitchen with large sink, fridge, and cooktop. There is also a flex space that can be used as a desk or dining table. There are two ship-style ladders that lead into each loft - dimensions of the lofts are approx. 8x8 and 8x10. There is also a pull-out sofa in the living area for guests.

The exterior of the tiny home boasts composite siding with faux-stone accents and an entry door that serves as an extra window bringing in as much natural light as possible. The included mini-split serves as the heating and cooling controlled by a remote thermostat. Pair that with the with the closed cell spray foam insulation and you can take this house to all different climates.

RV connections are used for water, sewer, and 50amp electric. There are no tanks in this tiny home.
