The Hawks Nest

Our Hawks Nest was designed and built here in our office in Fredericksburg, Virginia.  The Hawks Nest is just under 300 sq. ft.  It is 13.5 tall. It is just short enough to go under overpasses. It is 8 feet wide.  You can travel with ease on the highway with its 22 foot trailer.

The Hawks Nest gets its name from the view from the queen-size bedroom upstairs.  It has windows on three sides with a skylight that opens to the days breeze. When the weather gets too hot or cold the Nest comes with an oscillating A/C and heat unit mounted in the lower level but it sits high enough cover the bedroom upstairs.  When you have guests and need another bed the couch offers an additional queen size sleeper that can be put away for more space when you need it. The kitchen boasts a full-size 3 cu ft stainless steel gas stove along with a 15.5 cu ft. stainless steel refrigerator. There is no settling in this tiny home.

You will notice the Moen faucets and Vigo sinks basin in the kitchen and bathroom. You will have plenty of privacy  in your bathroom with a pocket door that separates it from the rest of the house.  The bathroom also includes a composting toilet and a walk in shower.  Hate to wait for the water to heat up on those cold mornings? No worries here, there is a tankless gas (LP) hot water heater. You will have instant hot water.

Outside the Hawks Nest are two storage areas.  There is plenty of room to hide away what you don't need at the moment, yet easy enough access when you do.

It is available for viewing Monday thru Friday from 9 am until 4 pm. Weekends are available by appointment only-serious inquiries.

The Hawks Nest is not available for financing, but it can be delivered if you live within 25 miles of our Fredericksburg office.
