The Estate by Uncharted Tiny Homes

The Estate is truly a one of a kind tiny home and makes for a really great income rental or full-time home. With a main floor bedroom, two huge lofts (Approx. dimensions: 8x8 and 8x12), and a pull out couch, there is plenty of room for sleeping. The galley-style kitchen has a beautiful tile backsplash, space for eating, cooktop, large sink, and refrigerator. The residential sized bathroom boasts a large vanity, flushing toilet, and a tile shower surround with gold fixtures that really make the space come alive.

Some other key features to point out are the 8ft custom front entry door, large picture window above the couch, and accent lighting throughout. The exterior of the home is just as beautiful as the interior with the composite siding and a metal roof both of which can withstand the elements.

We insulated this home with closed cell spray foam so it can be brought to all different kinds of climates. The included mini-split system serves as your heating and cooling and is contorted via remote thermostat.

We use RV connections for 50amp electric, water, and sewer. There are no tanks in this tiny home.
