The Adventures of Vanny McVanface

Meet Vanny McVanface. He's traveled all around the USA and seen some incredible sights. He's been a home away from home for us for 7 years and we are so sad to say goodbye to him but hopeful that he'll find amazing new travel buddies. He's gone through a couple iterations of buildouts (seen in some of the photos) but we've been very happy with his final build.

We would love to be able to keep him but our new situation will not allow it so here we are!

NO grey or black water tank. The toilet is a portapotty style and the grey water empties under the van... though it is possible to have a grey water tank installed where the spare tire would go under the van.

THINGS TO KNOW
Engine Light - the engine light is on due to two underperforming glow plugs. They still work but the risk of replacing them (since they're rusted) was too great. They work just fine and we've had zero problems with them.

Tire Pressure Light - One of the tire pressure sensors is broken but I never had time to replace it. I believe Discount Tire would replace it for $60.

325,000 miles - Yes, that's a good amount of miles. But for a diesel engine this thing has the potential to go to one million miles... just depends on how its treated.

Diesel Heater - I never hooked the heater up to the van's fuel tank BUT I have the parts for it which are included in the sale. If you'd like to get that done I will take off the cost of the labor from the sale price. For me it was just easier to carry around a diesel can and run the hose into it.

Location - We have moved to Montana and have left the van with my dad in Richardson/Dallas, Texas. He will be facilitating any showings/test drives. Any questions he can't answer, I can!

Exterior - The exterior is not the prettiest thing around but we think the interior more than makes up for it :)

I am creating a full manual for the van so that whomever buys it can have in-depth knowledge of every little facet that the van has. My wife and I have absolutely loved our times traveling in Vanny. I've lived in it for four months at a time as well, which I found incredibly comfortable.
