The frame is constructed with traditional lumber and contains zero OSB or fiberglass. The siding is, in fact, rustic wood siding from Montant painted blue with red trim. The entry to the home is right next to sliding glass doors and opens up to a beautiful wooden interior. The exterior also has two more windows and a very clever double door designed to look like the siding. That isn’t the only unique feature though. The whole home is unique as it includes a sleeping loft, a bathroom, a kitchenette, a workspace, and a storage room, even.

Looking to the left from the front door is a cot space for lounging and guest sleeping, there is also a working space in the same direction. It is not a drop-down, tabletop number either. The workspace is a full desk with space for bookshelves above.

The storage area is disguised underneath the steps up to the sleeping loft. It fits a full-size memory foam bed and is decked out with a wooden beadboard ceiling and knotty wood walls. In fact, the whole interior is covered in Guadua bamboo for strength and beauty, as well as multiple types of wood inside and out including, birch, cedar, redwood, and a rustic wood siding from Montana.

To the right of the entry is the kitchenette which includes a butler sink, a propane oven, a mini-fridge, and ample shelf space. The kitchen area also has a door leading into the bathroom.

The entire house can be powered up by a generator, a solar panel, or 30-amp shore power. The THOW is equipped with two 150-watt panels, a deep cycle battery, and a 10,000 Watt converter. The electrical and the plumbing is built to code.
