It has a new electrical panel, 50 amp and a new water heater. Most fix ups are cosmetic as the house was built in 1991 and all the interior fixtures reflect that.

The furnace will have to be replaced as it does not work.

The windows will need replacing as well as they do not lock.

The sliding patio door needs a lock as well.

The roof is ok for now. No leaks, however, will need replacing due to age.
