Super Clean Tiny House

Super clean, this is a Slabtown customs unit and was used as a sewing shop, then converted into a tiny house where we 'vacationed' when we visited my parents. It has a kitchen/dining area with a sink, no stove. We used a crock pot or a hot plate to cook, though it could be easily equipped with a gas stove. Comes with the fridge shown. You could easily take out the cabinets next to the fridge to put in a stove. The loft area is 3 feet tall at the peak, no windows as it was used for storage, but if we were to live there I had planned on putting a nice window where the stairs are located. There is an air conditioner located in the loft, another could be added if needed, in the kitchen. The second room is located past the stairs, off the kitchen. There is only a toilet, no shower, we have a second building where the shower is located that is also for sale, asking the same price for it, $6,500. You could also easily build an outdoor shower and laundry room to accompany your building. We had planned to do that, but never got around to it.

Size is 8 x 20, just under 13.5 tall, the building is legal to tow. We do not know the weight, but it was brought here with a 3/4 ton truck. Buyer will be responsible for moving, and assumes all responsibility. Must be moved within 30 days of purchase.
