The living room area features a custom made wooden chandelier that provides extra lighting and a space for plants! Below that you will find a custom built sectional that pulls out into a small bed which also has additional storage beneath. Set your coffee mug on the dinette table that folds down for versatility. The kitchen features ample counter space on the sleek neutral toned corian countertops. A large sink and 2 burner propane stovetop makes cooking meals a breeze, allowing you extra time to do the things you love. Additional countertop or standing desk space is found above the efficiency sized fridge/freezer. Next the the fridge you will fine additional storage cubbies for clothing, shoes, plants, etc… To the right of the fridge is the pantry, with plenty of space for your food and cleaning supplies, and a wardrobe for hanging clothes.

Walk down the parqueted floors to the entrance of the bathroom, where you will find a sliding solid wood barn door. The bathroom features a custom built composting toilet with a urine diverter imported from the UK. To the right is a full sized shower. The faux marble floors, metal accents, and sink with storage make this bright bathroom both convenient and comfortable.

This dreamy tiny house is built on 8 foot 5 inches by 18 foot trailer and is 13 feet 3 inches in height. The trailer itself has some surface rust but is in good condition. The exterior electrical hook up can be used with a 30amp camper connector, but also comes with a converter to use a standard 20amp plug. This goes to an interior breaker box which controls the power for the whole house. The tankless water heater and stove top are both fueled by propane.

This tiny home has 190 square feet including the lofr. It is taller than most tiny homes (over 13 feet) and has limited ground clearance, so it is recommended that this tiny home be hauled locally and infrequently. If longer travel is required, we recommend hiring professional tiny home movers. Because of the limited ground clearance, we recommend using a drop hitch.

The home comes with the brand new queen mattress and bedding, light fixtures, toaster oven, fridge, paintings/decor, handing shelves, custom made velvet couch cushions, accent pillows, the custom light chandelier, fan, and space heater.

It does not come with the plants, dishwear, or books.
