Tiny House is ready for either for SOLAR or ELEC. Eight solar panels are installed on a metal, tight roof. OR plug in to electric with an appropriate extension cord.
Nature's Head compost toilet, 40 gallon water holding tank with regular garden hose hookup for uninterrupted flow for showers and washing dishes.
Indoor shower is normal size; AND with an outdoor shower as well.
Compact Colorado Cylinder Stove (Mesa) wood stove, generous apartment sized fridge. Large stainless steel kitchen sink with storage cabinet underneath (there is NO sink in the bathroom).
Double glass front doors that open outwards to maximize space.
Lots of light. And many wondows.
Sleeping loft (or for storage) requires a ladder you are comfortable with. Loft also has a window.
New Windows throughout, including kitchen and bathroom. Storage also includes a tall closet with shelves and doors, half closet with rack for hanging clothes. Deep shelves for pantry, long bookshelf in living space, small shelf in kitchen.
Home is on a Trailer. 20 feet long & 8 feet wide. 166 square feet. Lockable pet door installed.
*The inverter likely needs a change of fuse.
*One of the two water tanks needs to be replaced.
All new siding installed.
