Split level tiny home with solar and 1st floor sleeeping

We all have an idea of what the typical tiny house on wheels looks like and how the interior functions. This listing throws all of that out the window though. It is a 20’ long, split-level tiny house, built on a heavy-duty double axle trailer.

The exterior of the tiny house is ½ deep red corrugated metal while the upper ½ is brown cedar shake siding. The roofing is metal and the home has four wonderful windows for natural light.

Once inside the entry you are immediately in the beautiful lower level; the bedroom. Well, technically it is the bedroom and living room. This space features an ingenious slide-out queen size bed that has ample storage underneath. In fact, the entire home has great storage, mostly in flush-with-the-floor bins.

To move to the upper level you walk up two steps which lead you directly to the kitchen and dining booth. In fact, the majority of the upper level is just the kitchen and dining booth area. The dining booth actually fits 4 adults comfortably and the kitchen has a butcher block countertop mounted on a 4-door base cabinet. Above the stainless steel sink is a floating shelf unit. Across from the base cabinets is another, smaller base cabinet with a refrigerator and a 4-drawer single cabinet.

Moving down the floorplan is a bathroom with a shower stall and a space for a toilet. The bathroom is kept private by a wall and door entry. The walls inside are pine T&G painted white. The interior walls in the rest of the house are also pine T&G but stained, not painted. Lighting throughout is recessed LEDs. As with all electric, the house is equipped with 30 amp hookups and a 200 Ah solar battery and solar panels.
