Internet projector, must see to appreciate. Very spacious, ceiling is approx 12 ft tall. Small loft for storage or sleeping. Metal roof, cedar siding, Propane heater( back up if power goes out)Serious enquires only. I realize money is right so I am willing to carry contract for right person. 10 percent down, 500 per rent, 500 per month toward purchase, 5 percent interest. Must be able to do maintenance, must be kept locally in case I need to repossess. Must have good credit, good job, good references.
