For sale is an 18' x7'6" tiny home built by Mountain West Tiny Homes
on a 2015 Tumbleweed trailer that is a bumper pull with 2 5/16" ball. Weighs about 8000#.

Lap siding and board and button with tin and cedar accents.
Vinyl low E argon filled windows and skylight.
Kitchen has 12 cu ft retro fridge, propane cookstove, and a microwave vented hood,
The countertop is gorgeous beetlekill pine with an epoxy ocean waves scene and a10" deep x 20" stainless steel sink with pull down faucet.
Dining table is beetlekill pine and black epoxy and folds up.
There room for a loveseat where that black display table is sitting from a show we were at.

5' sliding glass door leads out to a fold down 4x6 deck.
A mini split unit provides heat and ac to the home.
The bathroom has a regular flush toilet but can have a Nature's head composting toilet as an upgrade.

There is a tile shower with a waterfall shower head and a hand held unit as well. There will be a combo washer dryer unit installed in corner of bathroom. A propane on demand unit heats the water quickly and efficiently.

This a great home for single professional not needing a huge amount of space. It tows easly if you want to change locations. I pull it with my 3/4 ton pickup.
